Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with maintenance and updates of print and electronic marketing collateral - including coordinating info from lawyers, editing/writing as needed, and translating updates into practice area descriptions, news and activities on websites;
  • Pitch/Proposals - coordinating, assembling and submitting to parties, combining in templates for desktop publishing;
  • Assist with events - rsvp lists, preparing materials for events, hosting, etc;
  • Coordinating marketing materials into a template for desktop publishing; Budget prep/tracking.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Law firm experience required, financial services is a plus;
  • Strong word, styles, excel and power point skills, InterAction. CRM experience is helpful;
  • Experience working in the marketing databases, working directly with the team and lawyers;
  • Experience with complex RFPs.
