Lateral Recruiter
For the Philadelphia Office of a Global Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversees all aspects of the Philadelphia lateral hiring process, including working with practice group leaders to identify staffing needs;
- Communicates with search firms, screens resumes, coordinates interviews, and participates in interviewing;
- Facilitates decision making process and makes recommendations;
- Gives regular status reports;
- Determines new and cost effective lateral search methods;
- Develops and promotes the Firm�s recruiting efforts.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience;
- Detail oriented and organized;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
