Marketing Technology Coordinator

For the New York Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and sending internal and external e-communications that are compliant with the Firm's brand;
  • Measuring and reporting results of e-marketing campaigns;
  • Helping to maintain data quality and integrity of public contacts in InterAction (the Firm's CRM system);
  • Performing basic website updates through the Firm's CMS system;
  • Assisting the Director and Senior Manager with other marketing projects and departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of marketing experience in the legal and/or professional/financial services fields;
  • Working knowledge of InterAction, Concep or other similar CRM system and emailing program(s);
  • Familiarity with website/CMS administration and basic knowledge of HTML & CSS (SharePoint a plus);
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment and communicate clearly and effectively (both verbally and writing) with attorneys, professional-level staff and peers;
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
