For the Philadelphia Office of a Global Management Consulting FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the Wharton recruiting team including all aspects of candidate identification, attraction, assessment and office partnerships; oversee and monitor company presence on campus;
- Serve as primary contact/counselor for candidates; work with Business Analysts to help cultivate Firm relationships;
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting results; develop annual analysis of results against historical and competitive benchmarks; work with MBA analyst to identify and resolve data discrepancies; identify strategies to improve recruiting initiatives;
- Mentor and develop a junior recruiter, including managing his/her workload;
- Become integral part of broader US MBA recruiting team by actively participating in strategy setting and issue resolution; keep current on best practices in campus recruiting; systematically gather competitive intelligence;
- Develop annual Wharton recruiting budget and actively track monthly spending; ensure efficient use of Firm resources.
Qualifications include:
- BA and 3+ years experience in recruiting required; previous MBA source/campus recruiting experience preferred;
- Self starter with demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; proactive problem solver with ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills; ability to build counselor relationships with candidates, consulting staff and global recruiting colleagues;
- Ability to work collaboratively in strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion; availability to work outside of standard office hours;
- Commitment to represent the Firm in a professional way; strong focus on the Firm's people mission and development;
- Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with database management, especially Access, Lotus Notes and recruiting IT tools (NA REM, Reach, budget tool, etc.).
