Campus Recruiter

For the New York Office of a Global Independent Investment Bank
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage undergraduate school recruiting for all US offices, overseeing of all aspects of each campus (process, brand strategy, expenses, events, interviews, sell process);
  • Manage relationship with Bankers (coordinating school teams, interviewers);
  • Provide team support with MBA recruitment;
  • Manage Summer Intern Program (handle onboarding, training, social and educational events and full-time offer process);
  • Collaborate on Global Training Program;
  • Ensure Taleo is used and appropriate tracking throughout the season.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of campus recruiting experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills are required;
  • Client-focused approach, with ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage time and tight deadlines and multitask;
  • Ability to travel during recruiting season;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Taleo knowledge a plus.
