Recruiting Assistant
For the New York Office of a Global Independent Investment BankThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Arranges logistics and materials for on-campus interview programs;
- Assists in the preparation of in-house interview schedules and escorts applicants to in-house interviews;
- Handles event planning and coordination;
- Plans and attends recruitment receptions, dinners and other events;
- Coordinates expense reimbursements for applicants;
- Able to work overtime during busy seasons and attend evening recruiting events.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of related work experience preferably in a finance or professional services environment (or very strong internships);
- Ability to prioritize, work quickly and accurately, and handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment;
- Excellent written, organizational and communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with and all levels of bank personnel;
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently;
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
