Recruiting Coordinator
For the New York Office of a Well-Respected Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate lateral and consultant recruiting, including candidate interview schedules, meeting candidates, phone screens, correspondence, and distributing, coordinating, receiving and reviewing evaluation forms;
- Serve as a liaison and maintain relationships with search firms, career services and other recruitment professionals;
- Research and implement effective new recruiting methods to increase applicant pool;
- Maintain recruitment database and recruiting materials; generate reports as needed;
- Process and oversee expense reimbursements and tracking;
- Coordinate orientation scheduling and onboarding.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in a professional service environment;
- Excellent organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management and be a team player;
- Ability to adapt quickly to needs and priorities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of viRecruit a plus).
