Recruiting Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Well-Respected Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate lateral and consultant recruiting, including candidate interview schedules, meeting candidates, phone screens, correspondence, and distributing, coordinating, receiving and reviewing evaluation forms;
  • Serve as a liaison and maintain relationships with search firms, career services and other recruitment professionals;
  • Research and implement effective new recruiting methods to increase applicant pool;
  • Maintain recruitment database and recruiting materials; generate reports as needed;
  • Process and oversee expense reimbursements and tracking;
  • Coordinate orientation scheduling and onboarding.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in a professional service environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management and be a team player;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to needs and priorities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of viRecruit a plus).
