Practice Development Assistant

For the New York Office of a Well-Respected Mid-Sized Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help draft and produce practice profiles, brochures and specialized projects;
  • Update practice descriptions and lawyer biographies;
  • Assist in managing client database;
  • Support the Practice Development Team on research, events, and marketing activities;
  • Coordinate processes around the creation and submission of content for publication;
  • Assist with mailings for client newsletters and briefings.

Qualifications include:

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism preferred and possibly 1-2 years of work experience;
  • Excellent written communication skills; strong ability to develop, organize, and deliver ideas through writing;
  • Strong organization skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment;
  • Strong team player who also works well individually;
  • Client service oriented, can-do attitude; exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for law firm marketing activities and goals;
