Practice Development Assistant
For the New York Office of a Well-Respected Mid-Sized FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Help draft and produce practice profiles, brochures and specialized projects;
- Update practice descriptions and lawyer biographies;
- Assist in managing client database;
- Support the Practice Development Team on research, events, and marketing activities;
- Coordinate processes around the creation and submission of content for publication;
- Assist with mailings for client newsletters and briefings.
Qualifications include:
- Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism preferred and possibly 1-2 years of work experience;
- Excellent written communication skills; strong ability to develop, organize, and deliver ideas through writing;
- Strong organization skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment;
- Strong team player who also works well individually;
- Client service oriented, can-do attitude; exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm for law firm marketing activities and goals;
