Recruitment Analyst
For the DC or San Francisco office of a Large International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and produce recruiting reports on a weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis; maintain and improve data collection and integrity; research market trends and metrics;
- Provide continuing education of legal recruitment staff on data entry and collection to support the Firm's work to hire lateral partners, lateral associates, policy professionals and law students;
- Facilitate the exchange of fee agreements with external search firms, maintain and keep current the database of agreements; regularly track and monitor US legal recruitment budgets;
- Help coordinate summer associate hiring and logistics related to OCI;
- Serve as interim recruiter as needed; assist in preparation of recruiting related materials for partner and US leadership meetings;
- Develop, draft, revise, and distribute department templates and materials.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's required; 2+ years of experience with all aspects of the legal recruitment process including direct experience in local office law firm recruiting;
- Excellent ability to comprehend, analyze, and convey data;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; possess confidence and the capability to interact with the Firm's Managers and Attorneys on a regular basis;
- A strong commitment to client service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment;
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel required; PowerPoint experience a plus;
- Experience with LawCruit database strongly preferred.
