Recruiting Specialist - MBA
For the Philadelphia Office of a Premier Consulting FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the Duke Business School recruiting efforts and work with the Wharton lead recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies including all aspects of candidate identification, attraction, assessment, and cultivation;
- Manage Firm's presence and reputation on campuses by building relationships with career services and ensuring adherence to recruiting policies;
- Serve as primary contact/counselor for all Duke candidates and a subset of Wharton candidates throughout the identification, attraction, and assessment stages; be highly responsive to their needs and inquiries;
- Track, analyze and distribute recruiting results relating to Duke recruiting; develop annual analysis of results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identify strategies to improve recruiting initiatives;
- Manage recruiting files and data to ensure the accuracy of records; work with analysts to identify and resolve data discrepancies;
- Work closely with large number of Firm's former summer associates and business analysts to help cultivate a deeper relationship with the Firm, while also creating on-campus ambassadors for the Firm;
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of recruiting experience required; previous MBA source experience preferred but not required;
- Strong collaborative skills; demonstrated teamwork, initiative, judgment, and maturity;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build counselor relationships with candidates, staff at all levels, and global recruiting colleagues;
- Proactive problem solver capable of raising issues and generating solutions; ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with unexpected situations and last-minute changes;
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; at ease with abundance of details, yet mindful of big picture; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently;
- Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with database management, Lotus Notes and recruiting IT tools.
