Senior Legal Personnel Manager - Litigation
For the New York Office of a Prestigious Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Litigation Department management to support the career development of Associates;
- Conduct exit interviews of attorneys leaving the Firm;
- Handle general Associate relations as necessary;
- Support the work visa process for foreign national attorneys;
- Support the attorney evaluation and compensation programs;
- Handle Associate development programs and projects as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree; JD required; 5+ years of law firm experience; experience with litigation work highly desirable; experience coordinating work visa process and working with viDesktop is a plus;
- Proactive, energetic, hardworking team player;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Must have highly developed organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment;
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality.
