Senior Legal Personnel Manager - Litigation

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Litigation Department management to support the career development of Associates;
  • Conduct exit interviews of attorneys leaving the Firm;
  • Handle general Associate relations as necessary;
  • Support the work visa process for foreign national attorneys;
  • Support the attorney evaluation and compensation programs;
  • Handle Associate development programs and projects as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree; JD required; 5+ years of law firm experience; experience with litigation work highly desirable; experience coordinating work visa process and working with viDesktop is a plus;
  • Proactive, energetic, hardworking team player;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Must have highly developed organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment;
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality.
