Recruiting Manager
For the New York Office of a Prestigious Mid-Size National FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of Lateral Hiring, Fall Recruitment and Summer Program;
- Liaise to headhunter agencies, school placement officers, firm specialty departments, other offices and new hires regarding onboarding; manage and maintain applicant database;
- Direct annual budget analysis and overall process;
- Create and maintain instructional project manuals per department;
- Oversee firm-wide events and attorney events/receptions as needed;
- Complete various recruiting surveys; manage statistical analysis.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years law firm business experience; sophisticated understanding of legal recruiting;
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interface with Partners and executive administration;
- Strong editing and proofreading skills;
- Solid project management and organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, be accountable and work well under pressure;
- Strong work ethic and positive, solution-oriented attitude; must be able to work on a team and independently;
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills.
