Regional Marketing Manager - Philadelphia

This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive strategic BD activities to build the firm's brand within the regional markets including, community support and PD sponsorships, client educational and entertainment events, client development and pitch opportunities, outreach and advertising;
  • Work with partners and other departments to generate business leads, expand existing client work and drive new initiatives ; collaborate with BD to implement individual marketing plans for local attorneys/groups; collaborate with team members;
  • Assist in managing regional marketing budget matters, consultation on local marketing BD ; evaluating expenses; maintaining budget files; verifying expenses and invoices; and preparing check requests, etc.;
  • Help develop and manage regional market client entertainment events and client receptions, and execute according to established best practices; monitor competitive developments within the region; facilitate lateral integration plan;
  • Prepare custom pitches for attorney meetings with prospective clients; provide support in coordinating and facilitating the delivery and production of pitch materials; gather information from attorneys regarding membership opportunities;
  • Plan and execute logistics of on-site regional education programs and virtual events; master systems such as CRM and manage data entry; work with Graphics Team to create collateral; research competitive intelligence; supervise specialists.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree; 7+ years of experience in Legal Marketing or professional services preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Must have high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly and to work with little supervision; must be able to assist individuals of various levels with needs and problems and react to difficult situations appropriately;
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations and interact with various personalities at all levels in the Firm; facility making judgment decisions and adapting to changing work situations;
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite required.
