Recruiting Administrator for Lateral Partner Hiring
For the New York Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with all aspects of lateral partner recruiting including: scheduling and organizing meetings, creating and distributing agendas, and making travel arrangements as needed;
- Interface directly with firm management and lateral partner candidates;
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and other material for Management Committee, Leadership Team, and Board meetings;
- Draft fee agreements for external recruiters; prepare offer letters; submit and manage expense reimbursements for candidates and agency fees;
- Maintain candidate data in LawCruit; produce reports;
- Support On Campus Recruiting (OCI) as needed.
Qualifications include:
- 1-3 years experience in a professional services environment; legal recruitment experience preferred;
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with ease and prioritize assignments;
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-moving environment; strong commitment to teamwork;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management;
- Excellent attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
