Recruiting Administrator for Lateral Partner Hiring

For the New York Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with all aspects of lateral partner recruiting including: scheduling and organizing meetings, creating and distributing agendas, and making travel arrangements as needed;
  • Interface directly with firm management and lateral partner candidates;
  • Prepare PowerPoint decks and other material for Management Committee, Leadership Team, and Board meetings;
  • Draft fee agreements for external recruiters; prepare offer letters; submit and manage expense reimbursements for candidates and agency fees;
  • Maintain candidate data in LawCruit; produce reports;
  • Support On Campus Recruiting (OCI) as needed.

Qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years experience in a professional services environment; legal recruitment experience preferred;
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with ease and prioritize assignments;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-moving environment; strong commitment to teamwork;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management;
  • Excellent attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
