Administrator, Talent Acquisition & Development
For the New York Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategize and collaborate to implement recruiting programs, initiatives and activities; lead associate on campus recruitment;
- Build professional relationships with Firm-wide leaders; collaborate with and guide the local Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Chairs and committees;
- Execute onboarding and integration plans of all new hires; prepare orientation schedules; manage all new hire paperwork;
- Plan and execute a successful summer associate program ensuring quality learning and required acceptances;
- Plan, design and implement CLE programs and other learning and development initiatives;
- Analyze trends and implement recommendations for achieving continued success.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years experience in recruiting and development experience preferred;
- Creative problem solver; able to manage through ambiguity; apply solid judgment and initiate action;
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in a complex matrixed organization;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
