Administrator, Talent Acquisition & Development

For the New York Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategize and collaborate to implement recruiting programs, initiatives and activities; lead associate on campus recruitment;
  • Build professional relationships with Firm-wide leaders; collaborate with and guide the local Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Chairs and committees;
  • Execute onboarding and integration plans of all new hires; prepare orientation schedules; manage all new hire paperwork;
  • Plan and execute a successful summer associate program ensuring quality learning and required acceptances;
  • Plan, design and implement CLE programs and other learning and development initiatives;
  • Analyze trends and implement recommendations for achieving continued success.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree; 5+ years experience in recruiting and development experience preferred;
  • Creative problem solver; able to manage through ambiguity; apply solid judgment and initiate action;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in a complex matrixed organization;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
