Marketing Specialist - Life Sciences
For the Boston, New York or Washington D.C. Office of an Innovative Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Work closely with the practice group chairs, firm attorneys and other marketing team members to support all business development and marketing activities for certain practice groups;
- Drive revenue through spotting new business opportunities and client expansion programs, including pitches and proposals, events and sponsorships, sales pipeline management, key client initiatives and business development coaching and training;
- Research and identify market trends and inform attorneys;
- Serve as the on-the-ground point-of-contact for attorneys at the local market level and support practice/industry groups on a national level.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years experience in a marketing related field;
- Experience in life sciences required;
- Legal background is strongly preferred and experience with creating and monitoring sales and business plans, goal tracking and sales pipeline management is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and research skills;
- Ability to develop professional relationships with department members, attorneys and firm staff.
