Legal Recruiting Coordinator
For the Chicago Office of a Well-Respected Am Law 100 FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and the Legal Recruiting Manager on lateral partner and associate recruiting and post-clerk hiring;
- Assist with the facilitation of the summer associate program and on-campus recruiting program;
- Schedule on-campus recruiting and callback interviews; prepare materials for on-campus interviews;
- Coordinate summer associate and other recruiting events;
- Maintain summer associate files and paperwork; track and update all summer associate-related profiles on ViDesktop;
- Assist with website enhancement for recruiting purposes, including collaboration with web editors to update internal and external recruiting websites.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Prior experience with database management;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
