Legal Recruiting Coordinator

For the Chicago Office of a Well-Respected Am Law 100 Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and the Legal Recruiting Manager on lateral partner and associate recruiting and post-clerk hiring;
  • Assist with the facilitation of the summer associate program and on-campus recruiting program;
  • Schedule on-campus recruiting and callback interviews; prepare materials for on-campus interviews;
  • Coordinate summer associate and other recruiting events;
  • Maintain summer associate files and paperwork; track and update all summer associate-related profiles on ViDesktop;
  • Assist with website enhancement for recruiting purposes, including collaboration with web editors to update internal and external recruiting websites.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Prior experience with database management;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
