Marketing Manager

For the New York City Office of a Very Prestigious Mid-Sized Financial Services Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to day marketing initiatives to ensure that assignments and projects are effectively executed and aligned with the firm's overall strategic goals;
  • Manage responses to RFPs, and pitch, presentation opportunities;
  • Collaborate with marketing and business department leadership on client development programs;
  • Engage in research and analysis and competitive intelligence-gathering for strategic planning, competitive firm positioning, and business development activities;
  • Manage alumni contact data for marketing planning and for mailing lists;
  • Work with outside vendors/consultants, and other internal administrators and professional staff.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of marketing, business development, or communications experience in a law firm environment;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Familiarity with research techniques and databases typically used for competitive intelligence; knowledge of CRM systems, social media platforms and online search tools preferred;
  • Background in the Financial Services industry a plus.
