Recruiting Coordinator

For the New York Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and review incoming candidate resumes and maintain accurate records;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, callbacks, hospitality suites and follow up dinners;
  • Assist with organization and planning of student receptions;
  • Maintain communication with law school placement offices and assist the manager with law school outreach programs;
  • Review and prepare weekly expense forms; prepare weekly budget status reports throughout the summer;
  • Communicate with Summer Associates regarding integration and summer experience; respond to questions and requests from Summer Associates and attorneys about summer program.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • 2+ years of related recruiting or Human Resources experience;
  • Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands;
  • Self-starter with strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Lawson and Lawcruit software.
