Client Relations Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Very Prestigious Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with preparation, planning and execution of seminars and other Firm events;
  • Manage e-mail and web communication for Firm events;
  • Contribute to the Firm's internet presence, including maintaining biographies on the Firm’s website and preparing biographies for various publications;
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of materials for attorney speaking engagements and track attorney speaking engagements;
  • Work directly with Partners on a regular basis to collaborate on and assist with their business development needs;
  • Assist with preparation of awards and submissions.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years related experience, preferably in a law firm;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely manner;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written and oral; excellent computer skills;
  • Experience with CRM platforms (InterAction a plus);
  • Experience using e-mail marketing software, Vuture, Tikit e-merge, and Tikit Reaction Server;
  • Experience with blogs and proprietary content managements systems (WordPress, SharePoint, OneNorth BDS).
