Recruiting Associate

For the New York Office of a Very Prestigious Legal Search Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform directed research about candidates and law firms;
  • Prepare background materials for candidate and client meetings;
  • Ensure all components of database research information, including market intelligence, target lists, meeting notes and other essential information, stay current for purposes of conducting search activity;
  • Schedule client, recruiter and candidate meetings, interviews and video conferences;
  • Monitor and report local legal market news;
  • Provide administrative practice support to 2-4 Recruiters.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; previous experiences working with Partners and firm administrators in a law firm or search firm;
  • Professional demeanor, sound judgment, ability to multi-task and ability to maintain confidentiality are required;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail are essential.
