Recruiting Coordinator

For the DC Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and manage all details and logistics of summer events;
  • Provide organizational and administrative support for the Firm's on-campus interview process;
  • Communicate with Summer Associates regarding integration and summer experience; respond to questions and requests from Summer Associates and attorneys about summer program;
  • Receive and review incoming candidate resumes; maintain and update applicant database;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, callbacks, hospitality suites and follow-up dinners.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree; 1+ years of experience at a law firm;
  • Self-starter with strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to organize/prioritize work while handling multiple projects and shifting responsibilities; ability to meet deadlines.
