Senior Recruiting and Attorney Development Coordinator

For the Boston Office of a Prestigious, Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the OCI process, including on-campus interviewing schedules and registration, providing materials to interviewers, monitoring unsolicited resumes, conducting the oversees offer process;
  • Coordinates all aspects of summer associate program, including orientation, training, and the evaluation process; monitor mentorship program; manage all events;
  • Compile recruitment statistics for NALP forms, end of season summary, etc.;
  • Work with the Review Partners to coordinate the attorney evaluation process;
  • Implement attorney training programs; work with Attorney Development Partners on Firmwide and office-specific development initiatives;
  • Assist Partners with all aspects of Attorney Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize department work requirements and delegate effectively;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing; close attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the Firm's budget process;
  • Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems;
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills; ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
