Responsibilities include:

  • Research potential candidates through LinkedIn and the Firm database system; draft initial communications and follow-up messages to potential candidates;
  • Assist in screening resumes and candidates for potential placement into law firms; sitting in on interviews and drafting cover letters to position candidates to clients;
  • Help to manage the Firm’s website and social media usage (drafting and posting job descriptions, managing LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Help to customize and prepare PowerPoint training programs and work with clients on programs Assist with industry salary surveys: updating questions, analyzing results and creating presentations based on the data;
  • Additional learning and development / HR / OD project as need arises;

Qualifications include:

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills a must; detail-oriented
  • Real interest in recruiting talent and matching it to the right opportunities
  • Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; enjoys writing and understands how to craft messages with appropriate tone
  • Client service attitude and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • A self-starter who craves responsibility
