Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Mid-Size National Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help prepare pitches, proposals, presentations and RFP responses; conduct competitive intelligence research; track pitches in pitch database;
  • Edit website bios and practice descriptions; post to social media accounts;
  • Keep experience database up to date;
  • Provide support for all firm business development-related events, including webinars, client seminars and client receptions, as well as select internal firm events; coordinate filling tables for charitable events;
  • Search for and circulate daily firm news.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years business development/marketing experience, ideally at a law firm or other professional services firm; bachelor’s degree required;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong initiative;
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player;
  • Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills.
