Recruitment Specialist
For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate on-campus recruitment process; includes registering the Firm for on-campus programs, coordinating logistics for candidates, and organizing materials for attendees;
- Coordinate all aspects of the summer program; including planning and execution of orientation, trainings and events;
- Plan and execute 1L events; partner with student organizations and career services outreach;
- Assist Legal Recruitment Manager with lateral attorney hiring and scheduling;
- Maintain search firm relationships and correspondence; organize fee agreements, resume screening and offer letter preparation;
- Maintain recruiting databases and conduct data entry.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelors’ Degree required;
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience required;
- Superior written and communication skills;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Time management;
- Use of good judgment and discretion.
