Recruitment Specialist

For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate on-campus recruitment process; includes registering the Firm for on-campus programs, coordinating logistics for candidates, and organizing materials for attendees;
  • Coordinate all aspects of the summer program; including planning and execution of orientation, trainings and events;
  • Plan and execute 1L events; partner with student organizations and career services outreach;
  • Assist Legal Recruitment Manager with lateral attorney hiring and scheduling;
  • Maintain search firm relationships and correspondence; organize fee agreements, resume screening and offer letter preparation;
  • Maintain recruiting databases and conduct data entry.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors’ Degree required;
  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience required;
  • Superior written and communication skills;
  • Organization and attention to detail;
  • Time management;
  • Use of good judgment and discretion.
Salary: 75-100k DOE
