Legal Recruiting Temp

For the New York Office of a Top Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule applicants for call-back interviews;
  • Greet applicants upon arrival, provide tours and escort applicants to interviews;
  • Coordinate, track and attend specific summer program and fall recruiting events;
  • Assist with compilation of information for recruiting committee meetings;
  • Process department expenses.

Qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail;
  • Ability to quickly prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to handle stressful conditions in a calm and professional manner.
