Attorney Development & Recruitment Coordinator
For the DC Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the on-campus interview program, callback interviews, offer and follow-up process, planning of social events, training programs, and mentor assignments;
- Assist in coordinating CLE activities and implementing professional development initiatives;
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of First-Year Fundamentals, a week-long intensive training program for the incoming class;
- Assist in executing integration initiatives for lateral attorneys and first-year associates;
- Assist with the coordination of the attorney evaluation process, including preparation of materials and distribution of salary and bonus letters to attorneys;
- Reports to DC Manager of Attorney Development & Legal Recruitment.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree required; At least 2 years of attorney recruiting experience at a large law firm;
- Must have campus recruiting experience;
- Has professional demeanor;
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Be able to work collaboratively.
