Attorney Development & Recruitment Coordinator

For the DC Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the on-campus interview program, callback interviews, offer and follow-up process, planning of social events, training programs, and mentor assignments;
  • Assist in coordinating CLE activities and implementing professional development initiatives;
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of First-Year Fundamentals, a week-long intensive training program for the incoming class;
  • Assist in executing integration initiatives for lateral attorneys and first-year associates;
  • Assist with the coordination of the attorney evaluation process, including preparation of materials and distribution of salary and bonus letters to attorneys;
  • Reports to DC Manager of Attorney Development & Legal Recruitment.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; At least 2 years of attorney recruiting experience at a large law firm;
  • Must have campus recruiting experience;
  • Has professional demeanor;
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be able to work collaboratively.
