Recruiter
For the San Francisco Office of a Prestigious Consulting FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing the recruiting strategy and events including both full-time and Summer hires, focusing on Associate/MBA recruiting for the Southern California Office;
- Independently manage three or more campus sources on behalf of the entire WCO, including Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, and local Southern California sources, keeping all West Coast location’s interests in mind;
- Lead the Southern California location core team, working closely with Southern California recruiting and location leadership in setting and executing strategy for attracting top talent to a smaller location;
- Strategically plan and execute recruiting events, e.g., set dates, activities, and logistics, and ensure there are adequate resources and attendees for office-specific events, and key Firm-planned events requiring WCO representation;
- Serve as the key contact for candidates and assume full responsibility for their success and cultivation through the recruiting process;
- Maintain, input, and track candidate data leveraging Excel and other tools for regular reports to WCO leadership and teams, as well as other internal communications.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Minimum 2 years recruiting experience required;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build professional working relationships with external constituents, candidates and recruiting colleagues, and consultants at all levels;
- Proactive problem solver capable of raising issues and generating practical yet innovative solutions, and a positive attitude in doing so;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and work effectively under pressure;
- Strong computer and analytical skills; including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proficiency in database management;
- Willingness to travel.
