Recruitment Specialist

At Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Screening all resumes of potential candidates and conducting initial interviews;
  • Writing detailed interview summaries and making links between candidates and positions;
  • Drafting cover letters to be sent to firms to represent and position candidates;
  • Maintaining the quality of the candidate database and generating operational reports;
  • Identifying sources for new talent including LinkedIn, internet research, and ads on LMA job bank;
  • Providing support and assistance to the President on all matters of training and recruiting, including managing schedules and assisting with training programs.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of related experiences required (recruiting, HR, training/development) ideally in a professional services firm;
  • Strong client service orientation;
  • Smart, excellent judgment and resourceful;
  • Ability to assess talent, conduct interviews and provide feedback;
  • Excellent writing skills; confident communicator and good listener; professional presence that inspires confidence;
  • Proficient in a range of computer software applications, including databases, MS-Office, internet research.
