Recruitment Specialist
At Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc.Responsibilities include:
- Screening all resumes of potential candidates and conducting initial interviews;
- Writing detailed interview summaries and making links between candidates and positions;
- Drafting cover letters to be sent to firms to represent and position candidates;
- Maintaining the quality of the candidate database and generating operational reports;
- Identifying sources for new talent including LinkedIn, internet research, and ads on LMA job bank;
- Providing support and assistance to the President on all matters of training and recruiting, including managing schedules and assisting with training programs.
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of related experiences required (recruiting, HR, training/development) ideally in a professional services firm;
- Strong client service orientation;
- Smart, excellent judgment and resourceful;
- Ability to assess talent, conduct interviews and provide feedback;
- Excellent writing skills; confident communicator and good listener; professional presence that inspires confidence;
- Proficient in a range of computer software applications, including databases, MS-Office, internet research.
