Senior Marketing Coordinator - Finance
For the DC Office of an International Law FirmResponsibilities include:
- Create and edit responses to RFPs, customized pitches and other BD presentations for the Finance practice gorups, and coordinating information and input into Global RFPs;
- Conduct research and compile information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, presentations and proposals;
- Oversee the development of brochures, reprints and other collateral relevant to the practice area; manage the regular update of Web marketing content, including practice area descriptions, attorney bios, noteworthy transactions; work with PR team on annou
- Help develop client lists; assist in the production, editing and mailing of client updates, white papers and other client communications;
- Coordinate client seminars and sponsorships, including budgeting and tracking costs; creating and mailing invitations; overseeing internal/external advertising; developing PowerPoint presentations; managing the events; and ensuring participant follow up;
- Coordinate profile and directory submissions for organizations/publications of which the practice area is a member or sponsor.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred; 5+ years of marketing experience in a professional services or corporate environment required;
- Very strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail;
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills;
- Sound professional judgment;
- Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in InterAction or other CRM programs highly desirable.
