Talent Acquisition Manager

For the New York or Los Angeles Office of an International Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for management of the Firm's recruiting policies, processes and programs;
  • Manage internal and external Talent Acquisition communications including the Firm's website, portal and brochures; manage relationships with external resources including agencies and other vendors, including billing for services;
  • Manage staff, including evaluating work and developing skills in all aspects of recruiting; deliver recruiting training and development programs; support recruiting related efforts for the Firm's Affirmative Action program;
  • Establish and maintain metrics for the Talent Acquisition department;
  • Analyze trends, generate reports, and develop and lead recommendations for improvement by utilizing data and databases;
  • Attend special events in the evenings and/or on weekends; travel as needed for programs, activities and initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree, 8 + years of recruiting experience in a professional services or legal environment, preferably in a leadership capacity;
  • Advanced proficiency with coordinating programs and events;
  • Fundamental proficiency in project management skills and strategies;
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting and administrative policies and procedures, communication principles, and practical applications;
  • Experience in developing programs to support organizational goals;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
