Recruiter - Business Technology

For the New Jersey or DC Office of a Very Prestigious Consulting Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Partners and PD to develop and drive recruiting strategy for Business Technology (BT) in mid-Atlantic locations; partner with consultants, source recruiters, and local recruiting team to plan and execute all aspects of recruiting efforts;
  • Manage candidate process from start to finish, including: candidate screening, selection discussions and interview day logistics, final round interview days with Partners, leading decision meetings; ensuring accurate and timely candidate database updates;
  • Serve as primary point of contact and counselor for candidates throughout the initial recruiting and assessment stages; work closely with local HR to ensure a smooth on-boarding of candidates and integration in the office;
  • Lead and own the Summer Associate/Business Analyst program, including events, review discussions, individual and class-based events; plan and execute recruiting and cultivation events (interview workshops, dinners, office visits, large presentations, etc.
  • Independently manage several campus sources on behalf of BT locations; maintain strong relationships with internal (office recruiters, HR) and external constituents (campus career services, academic department staff, vendors);
  • Track and analyze recruiting results and disseminate information relating to recruiting to pertinent areas; develop annual analysis of results against historical and competitive benchmarks; identify strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years campus recruiting experience in a professional services firm; knowledge of office-based and/or source recruiting a plus;
