Marketing Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Leading Litigation Financing Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute all firm events, including client events, sponsored events, speaking engagements, hosted seminars and CLEs, and social events;
  • Maintain calendars and production schedules to ensure deadlines are met; gather media kits and tracks advertising calendar;
  • Research and collect data to ensure firm participates in events with the greatest impact on its business and ROI;
  • Manage invitations, vendor contracts, suppliers, caterers, promotional items, offsite facilities;
  • Coordinate with CMO and creative agencies to provide advertising materials on time and budget;
  • Work with media partners to research advertiser opportunities.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years marketing, event planning, or related experience required;
  • Professional confidence and ambition to succeed in marketing;
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize accordingly;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
