Recruiting Specialist

For the Philadelphia Office of a Premier Consulting Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with consultants to set Philadelphia recruiting strategy; develop candidate cultivation initiatives, manage day-to-day operations and establish strong consultant relationships;
  • Process and track a high volume of online applications, monitor candidate assessment results, and update candidate management database;
  • Screen resumes, review and recommend candidates for interview list, and forward to location recruiters for input as necessary;
  • Manage the candidate final round pipeline including scheduling, working with consultants to manage participation, facilitating meetings, and managing all candidate data and interview follow up;
  • Track and analyze recruiting results/trends, develop annual analysis, and identify strategies to improve recruiting initiatives;
  • Assist in planning and executing local events; develop creative strategies while managing overall location recruiting budget.

Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services, office-based recruiting a strong plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to build relationships quickly; highly professional, exercises good judgement;
  • Strong strategic thinker; proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; self-starter;
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects independently; close attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly to changes and be flexible;
  • Strong analytical/numerical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel.
