Professional Development Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Well-Respected Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate logistics related to attorney training curriculum including managing invitations and distribution of training materials;
  • Analyze both in-house and client programs to ensure CLE requirements are met;
  • Attend programs and assist with procedure implementation for CLE-eligible programs, including monitoring attendance sheets, preparing teleconference codes and taking timed agendas;
  • Maintain online calendar and update online programs and other web-based resources;
  • Process state applications for CLE accreditation for in-house and client programming;
  • Communicate and assist individual attorneys with CLE compliance including registration reminders and CLE extensions.

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS Degree required;
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a law or professional services firm;
  • Must have strong computer skills, MS Office Suite preferred as well as web application and database experience;
  • Familiarity with CE Manager database preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy;
  • Proactively communicates with internal and external clients to provide high quality support.
