Brand Services Manager

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the Firm's brand standards across all communication channels (print, web/digital, branded promotional items, etc.);
  • Manage a team of designers and ensure all projects are promptly and adequately staffed;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including lawyers, business development colleagues, various departments and senior management to support and execute firm initiatives with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Manage projects throughout the project life-cycle liaising with clients and key stakeholders, the Brand Services team and vendors.

Qualifications include:

  • 7-10 years experience; 3 years in a manager/supervisor role on an in-house creative services team (professional or financial services preferred);
  • Hands-on designer who can conceptualize and execute design utilizing the latest software and industry best practices;
  • Superior understanding of brand management;
  • Strong client services, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent team management, project allocation and staffing skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast paced environment and efficiently develop highly creative solutions.
