Marketing Assistant
For the New York Office of a Magic Circle FirmResponsibilities include:
- Assist with event coordination and execution;
- Research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings;
- Gather and report on client targeting and analysis activities from Firm databases;
- Maintain log of events, PR activity, sponsorships, seminars etc.;
- Process invoices and expenses.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelors Degree; 1+ years of experience in a law firm preferred;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Detailed-oriented and possess strong project management and organization skills;
- Prior event planning experience preferred;
- Experience with using CRM systems preferred.
