Marketing Assistant

For the New York Office of a Magic Circle Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with event coordination and execution;
  • Research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings;
  • Gather and report on client targeting and analysis activities from Firm databases;
  • Maintain log of events, PR activity, sponsorships, seminars etc.;
  • Process invoices and expenses.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors Degree; 1+ years of experience in a law firm preferred;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Detailed-oriented and possess strong project management and organization skills;
  • Prior event planning experience preferred;
  • Experience with using CRM systems preferred.
