Marketing and BD Manager
For the New York Office of a Highly Regarded Boston-based Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the strategy and related tactics to raise the profile of the NY office and attorneys;
- Spearhead innovative initiatives and secure buy-in for new marketing and business development projects;
- Assist attorneys with the help of firm-wide resources on pitches, RFPs, client and prospect research, client events, speaking opportunities, in-house presentations and overall practice development;
- Provide one-on-one coaching and business plan support to attorneys;
- Develop and conduct marketing and business development training programs for attorneys.
Qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or business development in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm; MBA a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence others;
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and produce results;
- Strong planning, project management;
- Possess a
