Legal Personnel Coordinator

For the New York Office of a Prestigious Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Director of Legal Personnel on Litigation Department needs;
  • Support the attorney evaluation and compensation processes and act as the main resource for general associate inquiries;
  • Assist with staffing matters and liaise with Partners;
  • Schedule and prepare materials for meetings by coordinating with internal teams such as Conference Services, Legal Personnel and Finance;
  • Manage database and reporting requests for presentations and staffing.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related work experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment;
  • Knowledge of or experience with litigation work highly desirable;
  • Proactive, energetic, hardworking team player;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • Must have highly developed organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
