Legal Personnel Coordinator
For the New York Office of a Prestigious Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Director of Legal Personnel on Litigation Department needs;
- Support the attorney evaluation and compensation processes and act as the main resource for general associate inquiries;
- Assist with staffing matters and liaise with Partners;
- Schedule and prepare materials for meetings by coordinating with internal teams such as Conference Services, Legal Personnel and Finance;
- Manage database and reporting requests for presentations and staffing.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related work experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment;
- Knowledge of or experience with litigation work highly desirable;
- Proactive, energetic, hardworking team player;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization;
- Must have highly developed organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
