Litigation Systems Analyst

For the DC office of a Large Prestigious Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

• The Analyst will support individual case teams using Firm supported litigation applications - FYI Reviewer, Concordance, Opticon, LiveNote, Casemap, Clearwell and Sanction.
• Assist Litigation Support Project Managers and end-users with technical problems relating to standard or non-standard litigation systems or processes;
• Analyze documents and data to be converted to electronic formats suitable for loading to the Firm's litigation systems
• Export images and data for enhancement by litigation support vendors and load and merge data received from vendors to the firm's litigation systems.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of three years' experience in an active litigation environment.
• Technical knowledge of and familiarity with imaging applications as well as relational or transcript database applications.
• Technical experience with litigation support applications (i.e., Concordance, Concordance FYI, Clearwell, LiveNote, CaseMap, Sanction) and associated image viewing applications. Familiarity with LexisNexis LAW and/or IPRO Build considered a plus.
• Ability to handle a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to assume responsibility for projects from beginning to end while determining appropriate tasks.
