For the New York, Chicago, or DC Office of a Global Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

Work with North America (NA) Regional Recruiting Director to manage the lateral integration process for all new lateral partners, as well as define and execute partner integration strategies for the Region;
Liaise with Partner Recruiting Manager and local HR teams to coordinate orientation preparation, including: integration/client development actions plans, coordinate and participate in integration calls, welcome packets;
Serve as key internal point of contact for new lateral; coordinate and deliver administrative resources and welcome packet;
Liaise with Regional BD and Communications teams on integration items for lateral (press release; client action plan, cross-selling opportunities, etc.); facilitate connections across the Firm for new laterals;
Identify and raise integration issues/obstacles to the NA Regional Recruiting Director and relevant stakeholders; prepare management reporting, statistical data, and survey responses as requested;
Work closely with NA Director of HR and Talent Management on Global lateral integration activities; develop and refine lateral integration program.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years recruiting experience in a large law firm, preferably with multi-office experience;
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to relate to and inspire confidence at levels within an organization; ability to build strong relationships and work in a collaborative environment;
Demonstrable analytic skills and general business acumen;
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a matrix, fast-paced, professional services environment;
Proficient with MS Office 2010 (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint); experience with PeopleFluent/Authoria a plus;
Ability to travel to NA offices as requested.
