Marketing Operations and Technology Manager

For the New York Office of a Well-known Wall Street Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Firm's marketing technology systems and initiatives, including the external website, department Intranet, social media platforms, CRM and ERM, e-marketing software, Alumni Portal and marketing databases;
  • As a brand steward, coordinate with in-house stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure brand is accurately represented;
  • Supervise the process for updating content for all online resources, including the Firm website, intranet and corporate presence on various forms of social media;
  • Support marketing communications and BD activities, including mailings and events; manage the Firm's branded materials, advertisements, giveaways, and marketing collateral;
  • Supervise, mentor and develop the CRM Coordinator and Graphics Assistant and provide training as necessary;
  • Provide analytics and ROI for marketing technology; manage Marketing technology budget and invoices.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree; 6+ years experience in marketing in a professional services environment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, InterAction, and e-marketing software such as TIKIT;
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles and practices, and a proven ability to focus on key projects, achieve results and demonstrate good judgement;
  • Ability to successfully manage projects, including setting priorities, planning, organization, follow-through, delegation and negotiation;
  • Ability to proactively interface and communicate well across all levels of management.
