Manager of Operations and Special Projects

For the New York Office of a Newly Launched ESG Consultancy Affiliated with a Major Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the well-established CEO and provide them with effective and proactive support;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) focused consultancy; act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants;
  • Plan and execute major strategic client events;
  • Manage the schedules and communications of the CEO with high-level clients at Fortune 100 companies;
  • Provide the highest level of client service externally and internally across the entire organization;
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives utilizing exceptional time management and organizational skills;

Qualifications include:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with senior leaders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an impeccable attention to detail;
  • Results focused; ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives;
  • Ability to problem-solve individually and in a collaborative environment;
  • Background in ESG or other consulting is a plus.
