Legal Recruiting Manager
For the Redwood City Office of a Global Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the recruitment process for lateral associates and entry-level candidates; supervise local Legal Recruiting Coordinators and Assistants;
 - Maintain and conduct continued outreach to search firm recruiters and strategically source via internal referrals and targeted searches;
 - Schedule interviews and conduct candidate follow-up; review and screen candidate materials;
 - Partner with law school career services offices and student organizations; plan events and on-campus interview registration;
 - Manage the execution of California and Texas Summer Associate Programs;
 - Utilize and compile recruitment statistics and data in order to report on and optimize recruitment processes.
 
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm;
 - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
 - Superior written, organizational and communication skills;
 - Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment;
 - Ability to use good judgment and discretion.
