Senior CRM Program Manager

For Any U.S. Office of an International Law Firm (or Fully Remote)

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, promote, and execute the firm’s CRM and client data strategy; serve as an internal champion for leveraging CRM to grow and strengthen relationships;
  • Design and facilitate a CRM training curriculum – both in group and one-on-one settings;
  • Work with the firm’s IT department to customize and configure relevant mobile platforms;
  • Develop and manage an internal CRM communications plan; establish and maintain CRM guidelines;
  • Collaborate closely with the BD Technology group to establish data quality priorities, cleanup, verification, and enhancement processes that continue to meet long term goals of the client relationship program;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related issues, observations and queries; share best practices for CRM utilization and work to increase adoption.

Qualifications include:

  • 5 + years of experience in a B2B organization;
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management; demonstrated success in promoting and communicating the strategic and tactical benefits and value of adopting a new technology;
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior leaders; ability to maintain a strong sense of client service;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills; Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to contribute to proposals and create project documentation, business cases, and progress reports;
  • Demonstrated success in leading direct reports and cross-functional project teams, allocating resources effectively, and coaching/mentoring staff;
  • A strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
