Recruiting Manager
For the Palo Alto or San Francisco Office of a Prestigious National Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the planning and implementation of the Summer Associate Program, including, on-boarding/off-boarding, work assignments and evaluations, advisor programs, budget tracking, and event planning and attendance;
- Manage the planning and implementation of the Summer Associate Program, including, on-boarding/off-boarding, work assignments and evaluations, advisor programs, budget tracking, and event planning and attendance;
- Oversee and track law school outreach efforts while serving as school lead to manage all recruiting efforts at assigned schools;
- Supervise, manage, train and development of local office Recruiting team and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new lateral lawyers;
- Approve all recruiting related expenses and manage the local Recruiting budget;
- Track and maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics and prepare reports and analysis as needed for internal and external purposes.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required;
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a legal or professional services environment is strongly preferred;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor;
- Must be highly organized, meticulously-detail oriented, and accurate, while also demonstrating a proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion;
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
