Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant

For the Austin, Boston, Houston, New York, Bay Area, Southern California, Portland, Sacramento, Seattle, or Washington DC Office of an International Law Firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Obtain appropriate marketing and collateral material for candidates and search firms;
  • Maintain library of current recruiting decks, partner bios and other recruiting-related material;
  • Prepare partner candidate meeting packages that include agenda and bios of participants;
  • Reserve conference rooms and arrange for refreshments; make external lunch or dinner reservations for meetings and interact with Lawyers Travel Services;
  • Monitor meetings to ensure technology is working and participants are present;
  • Manage the Chief Growth and Integration Officer’s calendar and changes to interview schedules as they occur and alert participants.

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS required;
  • Enthusiastic approach to client service, and strong organization/time management skills;
  • Detail-oriented; strong verbal and communications skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, PDF creation, and Excel.
