Recruiting Manager

For the New York City Office of a Global Law Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Firmwide Recruiting and Practice Section Leaders to develop and implement proactive attorney recruiting strategies;
  • Oversee all aspects of Summer Associate and lateral attorney hiring, onboarding, orientation, and integration;
  • Plan, oversee, and attend summer associate and fall recruiting program events;
  • Create innovative programs to brand firm to key student groups; develop and manage relationships with law school career services;
  • Maintain Recruiting Policies and Procedures to achieve Firm wide goals;

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree required; 6+ years of experience in legal recruitment or career development within a law firm;
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting; specifically, managing all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, strategy development, and onboarding and integration;
  • Experience building trusted relationships with candidates, schools, and search firms;
  • Expert understanding of NALP Recruiting Best Practices;
  • Ability to work independently and with integrity in alignment with the Firm’s culture;
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all attorneys and staff across the Firm.
Salary: 130-150k
