Legal Recruiting and Professional Development Assistant
For the Bay Area Office of an International Law FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all aspects of law student recruiting;
- Assist with onboarding of new attorneys and the coordination of new associate orientation;
- Plan, coordinate, and attend the summer program and on-campus recruiting activities;
- Assist with all aspects of program logistics for attorney training;
- Oversee accuracy of applicant database (VI Desktop);
- Assist with attorney mentoring programs including processing and tracking expense reports;
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree; 1 year of experience in Legal Recruiting/PD experience preferred, but will consider a new grad with related internships;
- Experience with Symplicity (Law School employment communications tool) and VI Desktop applicant tracking software preferred;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience or other related professional office setting;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Written and oral communication skills.
